Philosophy PathView is guided by two fundamental principles:
|
º |
people are our
most important asset, and |
|
| ||||
| º | the application of LEAN principles to optimize laboratory operations. | |||||||
| People | We believe people are the most important asset in any organization. The efforts of individuals working together as a team always makes the difference between projects merely completed versus those successfully accomplished. | |||||||
|
|

| LEAN |
Laboratories generally work in comparable ways. However, a general similarity in businesses does
not mean one solution fits all. Subtle differences in operations, needs, and requirements
require
a complete understanding before an appropriate solution is apparent. PathView conducts interviews while observing every aspect of the clients existing workflow. At the conclusion of the interviews we deliver a LEAN workflow model document which typically proposes numerous operational changes for the client, but also where PathView would tailor our application to facilitate new operational work flow. We believe this approach provides tremendous benefit to our clients, and sets PathView apart from and above the competition. |

| Summary | With a team of exceptional people, functioning in an environment of cooperation and mutual respect, the impact of those differences can be assessed and comprehensively understood. In this way the best possible tailored solution can be achieved addressing those subtleties leading to a balanced fit between business needs and usable functionality. The end result of this team effort is a satisfied client and a valued vendor relationship. | |||||||
